Stuck on something? Send us a message — it goes straight into the same queue as the in-app Contact Us form. Quick answers to common questions are below.
Frequently asked
I don't know my exact birth time.+
Use your best estimate (e.g. 'morning, around 7am'). Most hora calculations are robust to a margin of 15–30 minutes. For more precise readings, your birth certificate or hospital records are the most reliable source. You can update your birth time later from Settings → Birth Chart.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Myhora → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Myhora → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
How do I get a refund?+
App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Myhora charge, and request a refund. Google Play: visit play.google.com/store/account/orders, find the Myhora order, and tap 'Request a refund'. We can't process refunds directly.
How do I delete my data?+
Myhora has no accounts or logins. Open Settings → Delete my data to clear all server-stored data (completes within 30 days). You can also send a message through Support to request deletion — include your device identifier (visible under Settings → About) so we can locate the right record.
Why are some hours marked 'avoid'?+
Myhora cross-references the current planetary hour with your natal chart and the choghadiya cycle. Hours ruled by maleficent planets (Saturn, Mars, Rahu, Ketu) combined with unfavourable house lordships in your chart can produce 'avoid' ratings. Tap any hora block to see the exact factors behind its rating.
Which devices does Myhora support?+
Myhora runs on iPhone (iOS 16 and later) and Android (Android 11 and later). Download from the App Store or Google Play.
We aim to respond to support messages within two business days. Include your device model and iOS version if you're reporting a bug.
